Passionate about coaching and growth, Ludovic Ciannarella has been building high performing teams in extreme competitive B2B environments such as office equipment and supplies, travel payment solutions, hospitality and mobility.
After scaling new business units in large organisations such as Lufthansa or Santander, he also launched a new payment solution as an intrapreneur and acted as an internal sales coach for the scale-up: Wunder Mobility.
Successively based in Paris, Madrid and Hamburg, leading and coaching in a multicultural environment is part of his DNA.
He has experienced various organisation models from a large corporate to a scale-up. He launched a joint venture between Santander AirPlus to execute a market expansion in 10 Latin American countries.
As Country Manager France, he positioned AirPlus as a leading B2B payment provider starting from scratch, winning multi-million deals and building strategic partnerships.
He re-organised the Global Account Team - 50 people - with a strong focus on strategic accounts retention and acquisition.
Winner of the Innovation Award 2016 of the Lufthansa Group, he was bridging the corporate and start-up worlds as an intrapreneur.
In 2019, he joined the scale-up Wunder Mobility to accelerate the sales performance. In June 2020, he created www.B2B-sales-engine.com to help founders achieve their vision. Faster.
